RIZZ Child Safety Standards

GameFan Technologies Corporation operates RIZZ, a social & lifestyle platform for gamers.

RIZZ is committed to protecting users from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe environment for our community.

1. Age Requirement

RIZZ is an 18+ platform.

RIZZ does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to create or maintain an account or use the RIZZ services.

If we become aware that an individual under 18 is using RIZZ, we may take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating the account.

If you believe that someone under 18 is using RIZZ, please report the account through the reporting functionality available in the RIZZ app or contact us at: support@letsrizz.com

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

RIZZ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

CSAE includes conduct or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including:

Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
Sexual exploitation or abuse of a child
Sexual solicitation of a child
Sextortion involving a child
Trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
Attempting to facilitate or encourage the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child
Any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child

RIZZ strictly prohibits users from creating, soliciting, uploading, sharing, distributing, transmitting, storing, or facilitating CSAE or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through the RIZZ services.

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

RIZZ strictly prohibits the creation, upload, solicitation, sharing, distribution, transmission, storage, or facilitation of CSAM.

If RIZZ obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity on its services, we will take appropriate action consistent with our policies and applicable law.

This may include:

Removing or restricting prohibited content
Suspending or permanently terminating accounts
Preventing users from creating additional accounts
Preserving relevant information where legally required
Cooperating with lawful investigations
Reporting confirmed CSAM or CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority or law enforcement agency, as required by applicable law

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected violations through the reporting functionality available within RIZZ.

Reports may include suspected:

Underage users
Child sexual exploitation
Child sexual abuse
CSAM
Grooming
Sexual solicitation of minors
Sextortion involving minors
Other conduct that may endanger children

We take reports concerning child safety seriously and may investigate, remove content, restrict accounts, terminate accounts, preserve information where appropriate, and report matters to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

The designated Child Safety Point of Contact is responsible for receiving and responding to communications concerning RIZZ's child-safety practices, CSAE prevention, and compliance matters.

6. Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of a user's RIZZ account.

RIZZ may also take additional action, including content removal, preservation of relevant information, and reporting to law enforcement or appropriate child-safety authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

7. Related Policies

These Child Safety Standards should be read together with the RIZZ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable RIZZ safety policies.
